2. Design Development Process

  • Preparation of layouts show up space capacities and distribute programming
  • Proposal initial material finish, colour matching and illustrate image overall design conceptual
    transform perspective rendering
  • Obtain technical specification from relevant consultants and supplies, and consolidate all those information
    for design development and construction
  • Design concept will present with analyzed information and images for Client approval

3. Construction Documentation

  • Regarding final design content to issue detail itemize quotation and to negotiate finalize contract
  • Finalizing design information to produce all relevant construction drawings and documents
  • Submit all relevant drawings, material sample and documents for Client approval
  • Co-operate with Client, specific vendors and Building’s Nominated contractors to consolidation master construction program

4. Project Construction

  • Programmed site visit and to monitor overall project phases in timely
  • Review and inspect to all workmanship, materials and installation for conformance with critical client decisions and design intent and correct and approve as need
  • Pre-inspection with Client prior to occupancy and issue defect list
  • Check the rectification work progress completion and submit final account overall project
