Tiko Interiors Ltd. specializes in commercial, shop and residential interior design, and construction services. To cope with our expansion, we are now seeking for high caliber candidate for the following position.

Interior Designer

  • Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop and CorelDRAW
  • Minimum 2-4 years solid & relevant working experience in Interior Design or Decoration field (Especially in Office and Residential Industry)
  • Able to coordinate with various consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, readiness to take on new tasks
  • Handling full sets of design drawings, with comprehensive knowledge on project overview and working details
  • Handling of all related works including good design concept development & presentation, cost estimation, contract documentation & site co-ordination works
  • Design, organize & supervise projects
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, strong problem solving skills, good communication skill and well-organized
  • Willing to work overtime and able to work independently
  • Willing to work outdoor and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel China
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer


Project Manager

  • At least 4 years solid On-Site supervision experience for fitting out work gained from project management of interior decoration and construction
  • Experience in serving corporate clients & handling project from fitting out to follow up
  • Responsible for overall project management duties include the preparation of working schedule, quotation, cost estimate, quality control
  • Responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the decoration and fitting outworks
  • Good time management, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible and outstanding problem solving skills
  • Good computer knowledge in Excel & MS outlook is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel China


Marketing Executive

  • Sales & Marketing experience in dealing with clients, designer and contractor is a must
  • Knowledge with interior design industry is in an advantage
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, well organized, responsible and able to work independently
  • Sociable & willing to learn
  • Able to communicate in English & Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge in Excel & MS outlook is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel China
